- Wetlands and Waters of the U.S.
- Water Quality
- Geology and Soils
- Hazardous Materials
- Utilities
- Construction
- Cumulative and Secondary Impact Considerations
Assessments of the potential effect on each of these resources due to project alternatives are being prepared as part of the EIS.
